Clear communication, openness and trust can make a smooth team out of any group of people. To optimise a team like this, especially during or after periods of change, reformation etc, outside help often is a welcome addition.

Ivar, as a coach, knows how to address people to their qualities and pitfalls at a respectful manner. During teamdevelopment pathways, Ivar knows how to make a smooth-running whole from any team, where people will mutually communicate well again and are able to address each others at their qualities.

In addition to meetings Ivar regularly uses the tool of experiental training to get razor sharp sight of points for improvement. This is a perfect starting point for the follow-up meetings and proofs to be very effective in all cases.
